The name derives from the bridge that connects it to the three bridges located a few meters from the building, with a direct view of it.
It is a historic building in the center of Comacchio, located between Via Edgardo Fogli and Via Antonio Buonafede, next to the "ponte degli sbirri" (police bridge) on its right, adjacent to the Museo del Delta Antico (Ancient Delta Museum) and a few meters away from I Tre Ponti and Palazzo Bellini.
Il fabbricato ha destinazione residenziale. Il progetto contempla intera ristrutturazione con la creazione di 11-12 appartamenti che verranno adattati a per fare 24 camere di un B&B sotto forma di casa per vacanze.
Tutte le camere saranno dotate di bagno e di ogni confort e le dimensioni saranno tra 18 mq ed i 24 mq, oltre la metà delle camere avranno vista tre ponti o vista museo le altre saranno vista giardino interno vi saranno due sale colazioni oltre la possibilità di fare colazione in barca sul canale in adiacenza al ponte degli sbirri.
